Made me wait for 15 mins or more while they were organizing something. They could do that when no customer there. Also hair cut was not as per the requested style.
I received a good haircut. Customer service was not great. The stylists spent time talking to each other and delayed service due to this.
Really friendly and quick. I walked in, they had my profile and short cut I wanted, and did their job well. The woman who cut my hair was friendly.
