Great salon friendly ladies. Always a smile and always a good haircut
I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The interaction started out friendly, but by the end of my haircut, the stylist’s attitude changed significantly. The stylist was a petite Asian woman. I was simply trying to provide specific feedback about how I wanted my haircut since I was paying for the service. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, I was told that next time I shouldn’t come back to her and that she didn’t know how to cut my hair.
