We are regular customers at this branch and have generally had good experiences, which is why today’s visit was especially disappointing with the stylist named Roopa. I took my father in for a haircut, and unfortunately, the stylist was extremely unprofessional, both in her customer service and in the quality of the haircut. When she wet his hair, it became soaking wet, with water dripping down his face. Worst experience.
Extremely rude Indian lady. Got my son for a haircut and she was not at all gentle and just chopped off the front very unevenly and in the end blamed the child saying “he keeps moving”. Refused to answer when we asked her name, or any further questions.
