The haircut was okay. The price was reasonable. The issue I had was they cut off a piece of my eyebrow. I had an ominous feeling when the barber was using the trimmer to do the edges on my hair and his hands were shaking. Like, of your hands shake when you need to do precise cuts, you should not be cutting hair. No one should go into a place and wonder if they are going to look okay when it's done. I’ve visited this Great Clips location multiple times, and none of the coupons ever work. Every time I ask the staff, I only hear “I don’t know,” which is very frustrating. This happens every single time, and it’s not acceptable. If the coupons are not working, they should clearly put a note or sign so customers know in advance. They really need to improve communication and be transparent with customers.
