My experiences here have been a bit hit or miss. I started coming here in early 2024, and my absolute favorite stylist was Josey, I genuinely miss her so much. She was the only person who consistently gave me an amazing haircut and truly understood how to do layers, especially for men with thick hair. Called Dec 29 on Monday and was told if I come in Tuesday I could get a Senior haircut for $11. I made a reservation for the one on Oak Tree Road. I went in and still waited 20 minutes with a appointment! When it was my turn, I was told their is no $11 senior discounted haircut at all. Place is clueless and useless!
Like the online check in. Look for coupons as they come up from time to time. The stylists are nice and do a good job for my simple haircut.
Ruined my Thanksgiving. My hair is literally lopsided in the back and has long uneven stray pieces in the front! I went in for a simple basic cut and asked the younger woman for a few inches to be taken off, since I'm growing out my old color. After the cut, I put it up in a ponytail, the way I usually wear it, and left. For the extended holiday get-together, I blew it out and it seems off in the mirror, but I said to myself, maybe it's because it's a new cut. NOPE!!
