I visited this salon on a Saturday and noticed it was completely empty when we arrived—we were the only customers there. I decided to take a chance and bring my 4-year-old for a haircut. Unfortunately, the final result did not match what I requested and felt a bit unpolished. That said, the price was $20, so expectations should be considered in that context.

I had a very disappointing experience at Great Clips on Tuesday evening around 6:00 PM. I took my 3-year-old daughter for a haircut. She sat calmly throughout, without any tantrums—just slight natural head movements expected for a child her age. However, the stylist was rude from the beginning and did not seem interested in providing a friendly or professional service. Came in a half hour before close to get my sons hair cut and the person working gave not only me but my whole family a terrible look , I would’ve compensated her for any extra time if that was even a problem but they just lost me and all my boys buisness. So sad the other woman was not there, this time but I’ll never come back here again
