Susan and Kim do a great job, but I cannot say the same for the girl in the first chair on the left. Your website needs to allow for who you’d like to have cut my hair. Other companies do this; why can’t Great Clips?

Great Clips has an awful business model as a corporation that prioritizes fast haircuts, thus heavily overworking their staff and underpaying them. I don't blame my hairdresser for doing a poor and uneven job on my haircut, I blame the Great Clips business model. The whole place was unorganized and stylists were stressed trying to accommodate how many people were there during this busy season in Naples.
