Never again. I guess you get what you pay for? This is, by far, the worst haircut I've ever received anywhere. It's been over a week and it just gets worse. I wanted a shoulder length straight cut - ended up with a terrible & uneven chin bob 😭. I've spent the week attempting styles & products to try to "help" but this is just too terrible to even go into a ponytail (with bobypins since 3" too short). Booking was easy, wait time was low, cut was cute BUT my only grievance is that Nora purposely rang up a kids $12 hair cut as $19.99 in the back to school rush. This was for a very young kid that needed the booster seat, so there was no mistake. Luckily, a gentleman in line ahead of me had an extra $9 kids cut coupon and the other lady working the desk was kind enough to give it to me. Would I go again, sure. Would I ever see Nora or have her touch the register for my account, NO.

If I could give zero Stars that's what I would do. Should have known when she said. Is he going to be able to sit still or is he going to squirm that it was going to be bad when I responded to her he's four. She kind of changed her attitude but then she cut my grandson's hair like I don't know bad bad bad bad. My whole family is like what did she do? She butchered his hair.
