Unprofessional, snarky, condescending and rude stylist. She had trouble with a pay terminal. I was told I could pay cash, otherwise I'd have to "figure something else out". Other great clips do a better job all around. This one not so much. Personnel are the face of a business. This one is ugly. Do better.
This really should be a 1.0. But, I can’t bear it as I am not a complainer. I have been going to Great Clips for years at this location. This is the only person who asked me what to do with a cowlick. I said make it look good. Pretty much butchered. I asked to blend it. It looks like s. I should have known when she came out on a break still having food in her mouth while she started to cut my hair. I will be going to another one that is not near my house . Bummer.
The place is very clean, everyone make you feel welcome for your service, they are very professional and they enjoy their time at work. Walk in are always welcome.
