This is a well-run shop. My stylist T is a very good haircutter along with being a friendly person. I always look forward to my next cut.
Horrible attitude from the old woman at the front named “T”. Went in for my kids haircut and seen the three people ahead of us on the screen. She said it’s a 30 minute wait and that “just so I knew” she’s have to see them before me. Yes lady, I know how a line works. I had simply asked if there was anyone else working today so that I can get an estimated time frame in my head since I had other errands to run and this rude old lady replies with “she’s in the bathroom, is that ok for people to use the bathroom” ?
