I had a fantastic experience with Trang at Great Clips on Centennial Parkway in Stoney Creek. She was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. Trang took the time to make sure every detail of my haircut was just right, and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. She is friendly and genuinely cares about her work and her clients. If you're looking for a stylist who is skilled, personable, and consistent — I highly recommend asking for Trang!
I'm sorry if i don't leave a tip, the price of a simple haircut for 20mins or less is already expensive. The haircutter was jolly when receiving but not happy when not tipped after. Tipping shoulnd't be your motivation, having a job is.
Excellent job. Didn't even take long either. Wish I could remember the name of the hairdresser. It was done June 12th in Stoney Creek Centennial. Was very happy with the cut.
I booked last minute, actually few minutes after, got there 15 minutes before closing and convinced the stylist i just need cleanup and after a minute she agreed, I paid for the service ahead of time, she did a good job and and still could leave at 6 with her family waiting.
I went in to the Smart Centre's Stoney Creek location (at Centennial Parkway North and the QEW) to get a trim of my existing layered haircut earlier this month. My hair was not falling right. Turned out my hair was 2 centimeters higher on one side then the other.... Posted my review and GCs reached out. Meaningless. Their response was just for show. Nadda. Nothing. Go somewhere else.
