I got my hair cut by JD last time and it was truly one of the best haircuts I’ve gotten in years. She took the time to explain her opinion on my tricky hair (I have several cowlicks) and it came out fantastic. She was friendly and helpful and gave me a great cut!!! Thanks JD!! I’ll be coming here for my haircuts from now on
Terrible experience here. Checked in online. Went in, expected a wait, that’s fair. The salon manager was being very testy with a child sitting in a salon chair, really showing her lack of customer service from the start. We proceeded to wait 10 minutes while there were two staff that were decorating for the Fourth of July. Mind you that this is six days after the holiday.
