I hate posting this but it involves my current wait time. I went from 10 minutes to 20 minutes to 1 minute to almost 5 minutes again. This was from the time I pulled into the parking lot and sat for over 30 minutes. I know its a Sunday but very disappointing because this has never happened in the many times I have come in. The hair cuts are great but they need to coordinate the time so much better. Updated from 2 to 3 stars. Another good haircut at least deserves the upgrade

Great spot to get your hair cut. Reserve a spot online though. Always very busy
Last two times I went in everyone changed. My three normal hair dressers were not there and left. Last visit I had a new person who moved up from the south. I got my hair cut and went home. Showered and looked and my bangs were crooked as can be. I went back the next day happy to see she wasn’t there. When my name got called it was her again so she must have been on break.
