The good: I've only ever gotten decent to good haircuts here, never bad, and the stylists tend to be friendly and engaged. The bad: the price has krept up over the years - I suppose like everything else - so it's not the value it once was. My $23 for 20 minutes in the chair seems just a tad overpriced for a budget cut. The rewards program - a free cut after every 7 cuts - made it tolerable, but they've suspended this. Been going here for years. Arrived with one child checked-in ahead of me and 3 hairdressers cutting hair. No one was waiting behind me. Two hairdressers took their breaks as soon as they finished. One hairdresser’s boyfriend, who wasn’t checked in, showed up, got his hair cut, and received an employee’s discount. Zero communication. Waited 45 minutes for nothing.
I wish I could give a 0. Booked on line, said 18 minutes… it was over an hour wait just terrible!
