It's hard to resist, a good haircut at a great price and no long in salon wait with online check-in.
Petra takes care of my unruly hair. First she cuts with scissors then razor cuts it. I have never had a better cut or style. She is amazing.
I've been taking my boys here for the past 6 years. Today their grandma's took them for haircuts and they came home butchered! They do not have difficult haircuts! It's the same thing they've had every time we go! How does this happen and why? If you can't do the cut, you shouldn't attempt it! To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
Listed wait time was 24 minutes at time of check in.. Arrived at 1:15….its now 2:57 and my 9 year olds haircut has not be finished. I asked if they would honor a coupon price of 10.99 that the previous customers had used because of the long time. The stylist said she needed to get her manager, who was quick to let me know that they would not apply that discount. For further context, there were 3 people in line before us (2 kids and 1adult).
