Been going here for years. Arrived with one child checked-in ahead of me and 3 hairdressers cutting hair. No one was waiting behind me. Two hairdressers took their breaks as soon as they finished. One hairdresser’s boyfriend, who wasn’t checked in, showed up, got his hair cut, and received an employee’s discount. Zero communication. Waited 45 minutes for nothing.
I wish I could give a 0. Booked on line, said 18 minutes… it was over an hour wait just terrible!
Been going there for a couple of years. Never have I seen such terrible customer relations. Checked in on the app. Went to the shop. It said 18 minutes when I parked. Then the 2 minutes it took to get my child out and into the shop it says 29 minutes. Still I checked in with the shop. There is one ahead of us already checked in and another ahead of us that hasn't yet. As my name is called a the guy who was ahead and not checked in shows up. Now we are waiting even longer.
