Checked in with the app, waited the 48 minute wait; Got a text that said “We’ll be ready for you in 15 minutes”; Went in within 5 minutes only to discover they had taken someone that walked in right before me - my wait went from 8 minutes, to 0 minutes, back up to 25 minutes while I was standing in front of the store. When I walked inside and realized what had happened - I walked right back out to take my business elsewhere.
I don't feel like I got a haircut. The top & bottom were not layered so it looks like a bowl was put over my head. I do not want to even go back to try &let them fix it. Chalking it up to a bad experience.
Got a really bad haircut this last time. Won't be going back.
