She did a great job. Very professional. She made me feel important and made sure I liked how she cut my hair.
Awesome haircut. They do their best and it’s always great. Santa Clara location seems to not have as long as a wait than others.
Brought my son in today and Jennifer the way that her customer service is and she acted around. My son was embarrassing for Great clips and especially when my son said that she had an attitude. We asked for the most simple haircut just to take a little bit off of the sides and blend it up and she obviously did not want to be at work cuz in front of both of us. The look on her face was of disgust at us. You get paid to do a job and it's customer service act like you. Love your job or at least fake it
My stylist was friendly and took her time to give me a great cut.
