Great service! Kat, the stylist who cut my hair, was super knowledgeable about hair and did not mind explaining things to me when I didn't understand, and she also seemed to really sincerely care about her coworkers. She was also very personable and kind to me in spite of my own social awkwardness. Thank you for your service!

Mercedes is the best! Such a talented person and has warm energy. 10/10 will be coming back. I checked in online and the wait time was accurate, therefore I only waited in the sitting area for under 5 mins. I was in and out!
