Went in without an idea of what kind of haircut would be good with my hair type, and one of the hairdressers, Mercedes, was kind and helpful. I felt that I was heard and she was well-informed on the styles and cuts that would be best for my hair type. Great overall experience!

They did an amazing haircut for my wife!! She fixed all the problems that a different salon caused.
The guy who cut my hair doesn't listen to the customers request. I informed him that I did not want my neck shaved! Due to the fact it causes ingrown hairs. Did he listen..NO! By the time I realized he was using a straight edge on my neck it was too late. Did I say anything..No. what good would it have done? The damage had already been done. I like this store and in the past I have had no issues with any of the stylists. I will return but I will make darn sure this guy doesn't cut my hair nor my husband's.
Great experience...great banter and exceptional work.
