Bushra did a wonderful job cutting my hair and lining it up.
One star. Terribly disappointed. Would give zero stars if I could. I walked into the shop and asked for a 3 haircut for my son all around. After the cut was finished, I noticed that the hairs were almost bald. My son overheard her snickering to her co-workers about "getting this cut over with". Afterwards, when I spoke to the barber about it, she had no remorse or understanding. She was laughing "this is what you told me to do," even though the hair was clearly not what I instructed. Pretty disappointing experience with my son, we asked to use 3 but the lady there end up cutting it to 1/2 inch almost making him bald. He is 12 years even heard that she was saying i want to finish this kid quick to go to lunch. Its going downhill for last few months.
Bushra KNOWS curly hair and always listens so she can give me what I’m asking for. She doesn’t just hear what I’m saying - she GETS IT and my hair always looks amazing!! She’s my go to everytime!!! She’s so amazingly sweet and personable and I very much look forward to my trim. The rest of the staff ant this location are also always super nice and they do a great and professional job on my husband’s hair. This is the BEST Great Clips location EVER!! 🫶
