Felicia is fantastic! I had my hair cut short (pixie style) by Felicia who greeted me when I came in after doing the online self check in at Great Clips on Lake Boone Trail, and she did a marvelous job! I came in with freshly washed hair and a clear idea of what I wanted along with pictures of what I wanted front, back and sides — and she really listened. Amanda was amazing. She helped me choose a haircut and was very patient with me. When she was pretty much done with the haircut, I realized that I wanted it a little shorter, and she gave me exactly what I wanted.
The stylist here buzzed off a particular section of hair on my head that I had specifically just told her not to touch. This was quite frustrating. Especially considering that I went to extra lengths to be specific with her about this. But it apparently went in one ear, and out the other. And she offered no apology when I politely (as I could) pointed it out to her, directly following the mild and unwanted scalping. 0 points for Service/Listening Skills or personal accountability/remorse 👎🏻 👎🏻
