When I process an appt, I make sure Tai's name is after mine. She's phenomenal. Listens to every suggestion and cuts my hair accurately.
I went today and received one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. But you have to get the right stylist. I always go to Tai. She cuts it exactly the way you tell her. If you tell her 1 inch that’s exactly what she does. She actually listens. I hope she never leaves that shop (Yulupa Ave) because I would be lost without her.
I go to this shop all the time. I never have to wait very long.
EDIT / UPDATE : Owner replied here telling me to contact customer service. Customer service responds telling me they will communicate with owner who will then reach out to me? Seriously? What is that about? My hair is RUINED! * Dianne did not listen to me when i showed her 2 pics of the way I wanted my pixie cut. She cut too much, and left it uneven with blunt , chunky pieces on the back and sides, as well as not doing the fringe i requested in the front. She didnt take enough time .
