Went in to get haircuts for my two boys. The lady at the front was so unprofessional and rude. She has a terrible attitude. As soon as I walked in you could tell we were not her preferred customers. Terrible customer service.
When I process an appt, I make sure Tai's name is after mine. She's phenomenal. Listens to every suggestion and cuts my hair accurately.
I went today and received one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. But you have to get the right stylist. I always go to Tai. She cuts it exactly the way you tell her. If you tell her 1 inch that’s exactly what she does. She actually listens. I hope she never leaves that shop (Yulupa Ave) because I would be lost without her.
I go to this shop all the time. I never have to wait very long.
