After signing up online, the ease of checking is easy. Our wait time was less than 10 minutes. My wife and I use the same stylist because of her attention to details like. I like the fact that she uses past cuts to keep me looking good. When my wife mentioned something about her shampoo, Nicole her a shampoo which we both use and enjoy.
This is my go to salon for haircuts. Great service and value. Ive had the same stylist the last 3 times. She is great.
My wife and I came here to get haircuts. The lady said it would be 25-30 minutes wait. After 40 minutes I was still 3rd in line and my wife had already gotten her hair cut. The online check-in made this a complete waste of time. Your time management is terrible. I decided to leave. We get home and this is how they cut my wife's hair. She has a Mohawk, and asked for only the sides to be trimmed.
