Painful!!! This was my second haircut at this location. The first cut was good. This second visit was the most painful haircut I have every had in over 50 years. The actual cut was OK. The first photo was about 7 hours after the cut. The second photo was the following day. Update: I changed my review to a 3-star, from a 2-star. The general manager reached out and apologized, and said " The stylist was using new tools that day and did not realize they arrived damaged until it was far too late.". I needed my haircut right away and I was able to walk into Great Clips and sit right down in the chair without waiting and without an appointment. My stylist was very friendly and did a very good job cutting my hair. I normally pay 40 to $50 for a haircut but it got it cut for $20 at Great Clips.

Sam is absolutely fabulous with my 5-year-old son. She is always so friendly and makes a genuine effort to engage him in conversation, which makes the experience so comfortable and enjoyable for him. The entire salon team is wonderful as well—always warm, welcoming, and attentive. They truly listen to their customers’ wants and needs, ensuring everyone leaves happy. Highly recommend!
