I get a perfect cut every time here. I Love it here! Once they cut your hair...they enter your preference in the database! So anyone there can do your hair.
I am extremely disappointed with our experience today. The employee Monica who cut my child's hair was not only disrespectful but outright rude. Instead of making my child feel comfortable, she was impatient and unprofessional, creating an unpleasant and upsetting experience. No child should be treated this way, and no parent should have to witness such unkind behavior. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I sincerely hope management takes immediate action to address this issue.
Monica does an awesome job of cutting my son’s hair! Mine too! She’s quite patient and understands our boy! He doesn’t like the sound of clippers or hair dryers and still likes to sit on my lap. Talk about a challenge! He even looks at my cellphone to be distracted! Thank you Monica, brilliant every time!
Not so great! Poor customer service.
