Since my son’s very first haircut, we have consistently chosen Monica for her exceptional care and professionalism. I came in for a simple men's haircut, #2 on the sides, finger length at the top, evened out - after signing in online, arrived before my time and still had to wait for quite a while. I explained what I wanted, she even had a little print out, and all was good until the end when Kamal decided to use the trimmer instead of scissors at the top of my head, and unevenly trimmed out a chunk of my hair on the one side which I didn't notice until the next day after my shower.
