I had a terrible experience at Great Clips. I went there expecting a decent haircut, but instead, they made my hair look much worse than before. I am extremely disappointed with the result. I trusted them with my hair, and now I regret going there. A haircut should make you feel better about your appearance, not leave you frustrated and unhappy. I paid for a service that did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I wish I could give zero stars.

The stylist was excellent as she gave me the perfect haircut. Super friendly, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this location for great service!!!

Met an amazing person and even better stylist! Southern Sandy was amazing! Best haircut and conversation I’ve had at a Barbershop/stylish location in a long, long time. Will definitely be back when Sandy is working!
