For my entire life, my aunt has been the one to cut my hair. Typically when I go to someone else I always leave the salon upset because what I ask for is not delivered. However, Mariah has delivered the 2 times I have been up there for myself! She asks questions to make sure she knows EXACTLY what you want, asks for reference pictures, ect! I wasn't happy with my haircut, despite trying several times to explain what I wanted. Poor customer service as well.
They’re great for getting you in fast and the online check in is pretty accurate. However, they’re just not quality hair cuts. I took my 2yo for a hair cut and my 10yo. I understand cutting hair on babies and toddlers is difficult. However, it can be done. His hair is so messed up, I’m going to have to shave it off. His hair line above his ear is literally an inch from his ear that’s how high she made it. My 10yo literally looks like he didn’t even get his hair cut in most areas. Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star rating. I used to come here for my haircut regularly and everything was exceptional but unfortunately I’ve had to take my business elsewhere. I scheduled a visit a few months back and went up there and no one in the building had a Super Shaver to shave my head with. I’ve called up there my last three cuts to see if they have a Super Shaver and no one in the building has one.
