I've been coming since this place has been open. I came in today at open, I walked in and said "Good morning ", the lady named "Stephanie" probably in her fifties, looks like she's been in a tanning bed for 6 straight hours was EXTREMELY rude. She was SOOOOOO irritated that I walked in at 9:05am because she was late. I mean honestly what should I expect. She's a hair stylist in her fifties working at Great Clips, she's got to be a miserable person. I will not be back!

Terrible service and very unprofessional! one lady put me in the chair and got my ready for my haircut then disappeared to take a phone call for however long because I left after it took longer then 5 minutes!
