I asked for 3 " off the side and 1" from the back & without really listening, I got the opposite, with a 3" cut straight away from the back! Never going back here!
If you want to have a great cut by one of the most professional hairstylists, ask for Gaby, she is great!!
Terrible decision to come here I asked for an easy haircut and I got something completely different . Very very difficult to communicate with the staff
I genuinely don’t understand why I even need to give this one star. This was by far the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. I have wavy, medium-length hair and had shown the stylist a clear photo of my previous hairstyle, as attached. I told her I wanted my hair to be shoulder-length. She confidently began cutting, but after she was done, when she showed me the length, it was already too late to fix anything.
