The online check-in system is not accurate and it’s inconsiderate of the people that show up first. I checked in online and it said 17 minutes, well 25 minutes later some guy goes ahead of me, but I was there well before he was. The online check-in system was acceptable during Covid but now I’m taking my business elsewhere.. they can keep that outdated process all they want and I’ll just keep my money and spend it somewhere else
