Came in and The lady wasn’t the friendliest and told me she couldn’t do a very basic haircut so I settled for something that I didn’t want and it was supposed to be just a Bob with a little bit of angle on it. Isaiah always listens to what I want done to my hair and does a great job.
I sometimes go to the Great Clips, the service is so genuine and professional. This specific nice Trans lady I belive her name was Isaiah that cutt my hair the last time I was there was very sweet & made me feel comfortable, I suffer from social anxiety so this really made me glad. Keep up the great work Great Clips!
I had a fantastic experience at Great Clips thanks to Isaiah! I come here often, but this time really stood out. Isaiah made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire haircut. They were extremely professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back and can’t wait to have Isaiah cut my hair again!
