No appointments, walk-ins only. After reading through many of the reviews, I chose Miss Carlena to cut my hair. I showed her one photo and explained what I wanted. She executed it perfectly. No trying to sell me additional services or talk my ear off. Price was incredibly reasonable. I only took off one star because the music playing in the background was in the 2000's genre and highly sexual in nature, which made me a little uncomfortable. This place is a scam. I had a great clips coupon on the Go Play save app, and the location informed me AFTER my haircut that they no longer accept the coupon, even though the location is listed as accepting the coupon on the app as seen in the picture. Do not go here they will scam you and steal your money!!!!!
Logged in online and was already checked on when I arrived. Short wait as you know when to get there. Karen was professional and pleasant as usual. As my regular stylist, she knows what I want. Always look good at the conclusion.
