I checked in online and was 17th on the list. When it was close to my time I headed over to the salon. It was around 5:15 pm. When I got there I saw a small sign on the counter saying there would be no service for hair styling their last hour, which meant after 6:00, since they close at 7:00. When I mentioned to the stylist at the counter that I was needing a cut and styling, she said they would not take me. I didn't catch the name of pretty young lady that gave me the fade but I was in and out in 20 minutes tops. She did me right and even gave me gel at the end. Customer service wasnt rude and was quick. Will be returning
