I would give them zero if I was able to. I’ve been getting my undercut done there for over a year. I have a zig zag part with sharp points that were all the same length, shape and width. idk what happened but it literally looks like Helen Keller did it. If you don’t feel confident enough to follow the line then just say so instead of completely butchering my hair. Especially when the person doing my hair also has an undercut; you would think she understood the importance of aesthetics
