Didn't even reach the seat. Front receptionist (who was a male) was completely rude!!!! The male receptionist displayed a great deal of animosity for me because I couldn't remember what phone number I had in the system. Instead of professionally dealing with the problem, he acted like a child and threw a fit. I will never get my haircut from them again. Even if it is 4.99
