I've never had an issue with great clips. I'm very low maintenance and usually just ask for a few inches off to get rid of dead ends, all one length. I seriously get a haircut maybe once a year. Unfortunately had a really bad experience here recently. I was in and out in less than five minutes. The lady only trimmed the very back of my hair... she didn't take the time to make sure anything was even and didn't check the sides. i went there before when a wonderful guy cut my hair he did an amazing job but when i came back the third time a woman named mechelle or michelle, im not sure. she cut my hair i said “that’s a good length” because she asked me, i said yes and she just proceeded to cut it way shorter than intended and im just honestly angry
