Great service great haircut !
Every time I've been here they've messed up my hair, whether it be giving me the entirely wrong cut, or just screwing up by not doing what I ask. I do not recommend this place unless you're going for a men's cut or long layers.
I have had good experiences at locations in San Antonio, Abilene, and Midland. My recent Midland visit was particularly good. I asked for a "bixie" and the stylist not only cut my hair exactly like I wanted, but was very pleasant and went out of her way to accomodate my three-year old great-grandson that was with me.
What I love about this is the convenience of the online check in, the superb cutting and styling skills, and the value they provide. I checked in online and was in a chair getting my haircut within 4 minutes of walking in this afternoon. They have a great system. They value your time. I have been a customer for about a year.
