Rachel is a wonderful positive manager. She helps people by holding the door for them, takes phone calls, and helps customers sign in while cutting hair at the same time. The best part is she has a positive smile and outgoing attitude that is rarely seen these days. I am definitely coming back.
Horrible horrible!!!! They do NOT listen my hair use to touch my behind and we had a full conversation on how scared and traumatized I was to get it cut and layered she then asked where I wanted to start my BANGS and she than began to cut all of my hair behind me where the bangs were supposed to start!!!! Never asking if the length was okay or if she was confused she even stated we can do little by little not an entire 12 inches!! I will be adding photos and if I could I'd sue!!
Not going to lie, the first time I went the haircut I received was really bad. I thought maybe it was just that one time or something. I was wrong, I came back and gave them a second chance and I regret it. I'm not expecting an amazing haircut but, what I got seemed worse than what I could do by myself.
My husband and I were both pleased by the haircuts we got at Great Clips. The staff was kind, professional, efficient, and we were so happy with the job they did!
