First time going here, the salon is clean and organized. You can check in online. No wait time when i walked in, I went here after work. I think this is the only salon that closes late (9pm). Though, I didn't double check with them if the business hours are correct online. Taylor did my hair. She did a good job and i like it. I styled it when i got home. Highly recommend this place.

Great Clips Plaza De Oro is my place to go. It’s a bit of a drive for me but so well worth it. It’s clean easy to navigate to sign in, staff is friendly and their open hours are great. A special shout out to Pham. She’s absolutely great for my short tiered haircut. Sh’s always in demand and over the years I’ve always gotten compliments on my haircuts from her!

I would not recommend anyone to this place because of a stylist name Lorena. She is extremely aggressive with you. Doesn't listen to what you ask and if it's not a haircut she doesn't care about your experience. She will wash your hair in extremely hot wash and then conditioner it barely with very cold water. If you have knots in your hair she will brush it so hard that she's scratching the back of your neck and ears. Then expects you to give her a tip after stopping services half way.
