Usually have a decent time, this time i was cut by an older woman with silver hair and a small streak of colour, she was kinda dry and passive aggressive to me, at first I thought she was just grumpy because it was the end of the day for her. Nope. She was there at night when my mom wanted a hair cut same day and even had a postive time with my mom. I was really disappointed with my recent experience at Great Clips. I requested a bang trim, but it didn’t turn out as I had hoped, leaving my hair looking uneven. It was frustrating because I felt I could have done a better job myself. I also took my son there for a “gentlemen’s cut," but it wasn't executed well either. Both stylists seemed friendly and kind, but the results didn’t meet expectations. Went in for a trim around 5:30pm on 11/14/25 and the haircut was decent expect for my hard part, the hairstylist working was pressing too hard with the razor and left 2 small cut marks along my part, it didn't show up immediately but I took off my hat when I got home and noticed the blood. (PLEASE PROPERLY VET THESE STYLISTS!!!) I have no problem with Great Clips, but this should never be happening.
I made appointment online and it took longer than expected. Apparently, one of the workers was late coming to work.
