My son got a very bad haircut from this location, he even had the picture of the haircut style that he wanted and came out with a different haircut style. I did went to asked for a refund and the manager was really rude and continued asking how can get help. It took my son 6 to 8 months to grow his hair in order to get the hair cut the way he wanted and end up with the style they the stylist picked for him. Please don’t go this location.

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. I found out that all salons were either closed or booked on the Saturday of my nephew's wedding. My daughter was one of the flower girls. There were 7 bride maids, the bride and two mothers getting their hair done so there wasn't time for the flower girl's hair. She doesn't like her hair styled so I didn't have any experience with doing her hair especially for a special occasion. The current staff is an improvement and I hope that management can keep them happy, busy, and retain them. They are polite, engaging, and care about the customers; it shows. We get men’s haircuts, boy haircuts, and girl haircuts here. Most of the time, the results are good/great.
