This review is for the castledowns Great clips. I have gone here for years for cuts and always been happy with my cut,but today was a special day and the lady I think her name is Donna.who cut my hair needs to be acknowledged for her compassion,kindness and her skill. I asked for a simple haircut, for my already short hair to be cut to my collarbone bluntly, the lady asked if light layers were okay and I said yes assuming that they would be light like she said. Instead she added in extreme layers and thinned out the bottom of my hair- definitely not what I wanted. It looks horrible.
