I thought the employee was very thorough with the haircut. My wife even commented how she thought this haircut was one of the best she's seen on me in quite a while.

Took my son in for a haircut, and they completely messed it up. His cut is very straightforward—#4 on the back and sides, scissors on top—and it’s even noted in their system. Still, the result was uneven, with long patches in some areas and short in others. Worst of all, when trimming around his ears, they went way too high with the trimmer, leaving the right side above his ear practically shaved down to the skin. It looks terrible.
