Oi vey. I walked in. My fault for not checking in online, I'll admit. They said they didnt have time to do a style. I asked why they offered a serv8ce if they don't have enough staff to perform said service. Eventually, we settled on a shampoo, cut and dry. Not what a needed but I could make it work. After waiting 20 minutes, it was finally my turn. I thought. But then the stylist went MiA. She went into a back room. I waited another 5 minutes. Then i got up and left. Not going back to this location again
