The location and schedule for waiting app is very helpful. My name is in their computer system, so they know the same style of haircut I normally like to get when they ask me to make sure. The people who do the haircuts are nearly always clear, do a good job, and are kind. The locations are well maintained.
My last review was not so great. However, I did give them a few more chances, and they pulled through. Using the app to schedule is the way to go. No more standing in line to get a cut. Just show up a little early and walk in. I've been very happy with my cuts lately.
I went to have Dawn cut my hair for the 3rd or 4th time Saturday. Every time she did a great job but this time she did everything I asked her not to do, your hair is suppose to blend from top to bottom but she used a #4 guard on my head which made it way too short and the took it up to almost the top of my head so the hair on top is much longer and does not blend at all. I have always told her I do not want the sides to be flush with my head, I want it to have some body but it is so short it has no body at all. I am so disap... read more
