What happened at Great Clips in Gilford, NH yesterday morning was absolutely unacceptable, especially for a business that works with children. My four-year-old son left his appointment with multiple cuts on his head. Kylie—the stylist responsible—only pointed out one small cut, and we later found a large, obvious, painful-looking cut that she didn’t bother to mention. For any parent, this is alarming. Last time I got a haircut there it was rushed and not the best. The stylist then overcharged me and I didn’t notice until I got home. I called and asked for a partial refund but nothing was done about it. Went there today for another rushed haircut and the stylist said nothing she could do about the overcharge. She didn’t even thank me for my business or acknowledge the tip I gave her. I have been going there the last two summers but won’t be going back.
They should be called Great butchers. I told the girl what I wanted. Just a trim and walked out looking like a boy! I would not recommend this place to anyone! 😭
Brought my son in like I always do to get his haircut. This one was specifically for back to school the next day. I only gave 2 stars because the lady that greeted us was nice and she was the only one to try and help. The girl that was originally supposed to cut his hair immediately had an attitude.
