I checked in early and got there as the number 2 person on the list. The person in front of me got their cut and I moved up to number 1. One of the stylists asked my name and I gave it. She then went back to her current haircut. My name fell off the list entirely and when the same stylist went baci to check she asked my name again. After giving it she noted I fell off the list and loudly exclaimed I got there too late. She moved me to the end of the list completely ruining my plans for the day with her own incompetence. Great service. Really like Missy/listens well/does great work/quick/respectful. Only thing that isn’t respectful is the large black woman that works there.( I have alopecia/very thin hair/am embarrassed to get my hair cut bc it has become worse over the years. That said it takes a lot of courage for me to get it cut in public every month.) The several times I’ve been here she glares/rudely stares at me/makes me feel doubly worse. Ironically this woman also wears wigs. Unsure what to do so decided just to leave this here.
