Been going to Great Clips for probably ten years. Today I went in and the most unkind woman cut my hair. She was rough. Haircut lasted maybe 5 minutes. Didn't say a single word. Looked like she was pissed off. Spent max 5 minutes and I've never had such an uneven crappy haircut in my life. Just this location and probably just that woman. Unbelievable.
