La was great!
Staff friendly, helpful, quick and engaged. Reasonably priced. All 3 of us got a hair cut and tip for less than $80. We were in and out in less then 25 minutes I believe. And a lollipop for thr kids? Yes, we will be back
I check-in on my phone, walk in the door, confirm that I have arrived, sit for a minute and bada-bing I'm in the chair getting my haircut. It's easy-peasy!
I asked for 3 inches cut off my hair. When curly my hair is all the way to my lower back. The stylist showed me 3 inches would go to a medium length, a little bit above my elbow. However, I ended up with a bob, that barely reaches my elbow.
Genuinely terrible experience, I barely had gotten seated and gotten the words “just barely an inch off everywhere for a trim” when a TERRIBLE stylist named “Zenit” goes ahead and starts cutting my hair without even lining anything up with her fingers. The front of my hair is NOT straight at all and the right side of my ENTIRE side of my head is atleast roughly half an inch shorter than the left side of my head.
