I had a terrible experience at this location. The hair stylist said degrading things about my hair and seemed very hostile towards me. I tried to be nice and she said that my hair is my choice. It was extremely uncomfortable.I did contact customer service but the store owner never contacted me back. Please choose a different location because this is the worst location I have ever been too. I did tip her because I thought she might verbally say something. Its a first to tip so to not cause a scene.

Let me start with how rude the people were. They may give great haircuts but no way to treat customers. I went in with my 10 and 5 year old. The 10 year old got Luce, she was good and quick. No concerns there. (The 2 Stars is only because of her- in a good way) Now the reason why I rate it poorly is as follows. My LO wanted a basic lighting strike on the side after his cut. since it was not a standard design, I was willing to pay extra as well. i have had one good stylist here but i’ve seen two others and neither did a good job. it’s very rushed and this girl didn’t even cut all my hair. she acted like she was done and had to point out spots where she literally didn’t even touch yet. but my biggest concern is they do not clean their tools at all between customers!!! and when she lifted the drape i had a clump of someone else’s hair on me!
