What a sad state of affairs this place is in!!! Went in for JUST a shampoo & style. The stylist almost left it half damp & frizzy. I asked if she could run a flat iron over it to smooth it out. Got to the register & she wanted to charge $45!!! Then had to argue my case with 2 different managers (or who ever they claimed to be). Obviously they don't care much for customer service or business. I don't want to EVER return to a salon where I have to argue and explain why I'm not satisfied. Don't recommend this salon to anyone.
