I used the app to get a place in line and it always seems to work very well. I walked in at my time and I was seated almost immediately. I had a great stylist and she did great job! This shop has some hard working folks that work there and I always enjoy going there!
You have to set 2 hours minimum out of your day for a haircut here because of online check in. It should be first come first serve...
