I booked ahead online... received a text they were ready for me... walked in and it still was a wait time... no worries... asked to use restroom... it was out of order... walked next door to use restroom... came back still just me waiting... Mr. Caucasian man walks in as his name pops up on the online check in screen and they take him immediately... concerned black women... very disappointing experience...
I like this location. The two ladies who work here are kind and they both do a great job. The atmosphere is quiet and clean. The wait time is very reasonable if any.
Excellent service and great haircuts.
Update: took away a star and would give negative if I could. My daughter’s hair is extremely uneven also. The worst $78 I have ever spent in my life. I will never go back and I will definitely let people know of my experience. The lady that checked me out told me more than a handful of times that I had to tip them. I had a terrible experience. My daughter’s hair looked nice but was cut way shorter than she asked. My stylist did not do at all what I asked for and kept telling me something wasn’t possible - even though I have always got my hair cut that way. Did not take time at all cutting my hair. Cut some spots while it was in a clip. It is so uneven and she didn’t even cut all the split ends because it was so uneven.
