I had a terrible experience. My daughter’s hair looked nice but was cut way shorter than she asked. My stylist did not do at all what I asked for and kept telling me something wasn’t possible - even though I have always got my hair cut that way. Did not take time at all cutting my hair. Cut some spots while it was in a clip. It is so uneven and she didn’t even cut all the split ends because it was so uneven. Cheap quick it is what it is type of cut. They take notes and ask you what you want, but in my experience its about 2 out of 5 trips you actually get what you asked for. the last 3 times there I told them exactly what not to do, they say ok I understand, and then 10 minutes in go right ahead and do it... Its still the cheapest cut around and when I get in line online I dont have to wait. I have had better experiences at other locations, like Shadow Creek.

I haven't had my haircut in a year so I was in dire need. I brought a picture, answered a couple of questions and got exactly the haircut I wanted. The price is more than reasonable and they have a discount for kids and seniors. This is now my go to hairdresser.
