I've never even left a negative review for any location, but despite getting good service in the past my most recent visit [8/11/25] was beyond what I can tolerate. I waited over an hour to be seated only to get my hair destroyed. I showed a prepare picture of exactly what I wanted, which would pretty much be about an inch cut shorter down to my cheek and some texturing for volume. Everytime i get my hair cut here i leave here choppy as hell. The staff is polite enough but there’s really the feeling none of them know what the hell they’re doing. Three time experience with different people. Would never recommend this location to another person for any reason.

Saw all the not so good reviews and have had my hair cut at the Hooksett salon. Wanted my hair cut and decided to take the leap. I went at an evening time. I signed in online, when I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a quick did you check in on line? Myah sat me in her chair, she had my clip instructions from the Hooksett salon.
