I had a wonderful experience today. Anna cut my hair. My hair is very fine and a pixie style. She took a lot of time. I have to tell you, it was the best haircut I ever had since I moved to Florida 10 yrs ago.

Terrible place two women hair cutters saying they haven't eaten lunch I checked and there was no wait time I get there. They tell me 35 minutes. The girl has to eat lunch. I said that's not right. You make me come here telling me that there's no wait and that was the point of signing in in the first place and now I gotta wait 35 minutes because the girl didn't eat till 4 o'clock in the afternoon and that's my problem. That's not right that's not a good way to do business

Ana cut my hair today. She did a wonderful job. She was very patient and continued to ask for my input on how i would like my hair cut and styled.

Went in on a Thursday for a simple trim. After telling ANA I wanted 2 inches she cut at least 4 inches and made it so choppy everything is a different length and uneven . The worse haircut I've ever had. She either wasnt listening to me or did whatever she wanted to do. Ana really shouldn't not be cutting hair. My hair is a mess after she got thru with it
