I walked in less of an hr before closing after having a major fight with my hair. I got so frustrated, I grabbed a chunk of hair and cut it. It didn't help that my sister was busy and my neighbor was just as lost as I was just looking at my hair. It was like something you'd most likely see happen to someone in a movie. Went in to get my haircut. There's 4 people sitting down laughing and 1 actually cutting hair, named Diane. She was great and was working but I sat around waiting while they all laughed and wasnt working. Diane already had a client. Once she was done she got me and the other 4 ladies did nothing the entire time I was in the building. They were very unprofessional and for that I will not be going back.

My son’s back to school haircut is so bad :( It was an older woman, I asked her to fade the sides which she didn’t even attempt to do and I asked her to trim the top and just trim his bangs enough to get them out of his eyes and they’re so short and choppy and uneven. She didn’t try to blend the length at the top into the sides at all either.
