Went in wanting a butterfly cut and wispy bangs. Came out with uneven layers all around and bangs cut WAY too short. It was the worst experience. My hair is my one form of confidence, leaving there I left with both my hair and confidence cut away. I tried showing the lady what I wanted and mentioned a few times what I wanted, she acted like she knew what to do until she actually started cutting my hair and once she cut my bangs is when I knew she had no idea what she was doing. Victoria and Ruby did a great job! They provided excellent service, my cut was as clean as can be and my kids walked out happily with excellent haircuts. I know it’s challenging to cut kids hair so I want to honor these ladies for their patience.
Luisa did a Fantastic job with my cut and it looked so much better after I left than it did when I had come in!
Ruby took care of me when I went and got a haircut this evening. Did an amazing job! Definitely recommend!
