I asked for a side bang and and some layers. The lady gave me a BOB and ruined TWO YEARS of hair growth. The side bang was also not blended into the rest of the hair liked i asked and was cut too short for me to style it like I used to. This is NOT the first time I have gone in there asking for layers and have come out with a Bob either 💔

I went to great clips, my hair had not been cut in over a year. I had a stroke and Carrie was very patient ! She did a fantastic job on my hair and I held the door open for me. Thank for doing a great job and giving me great service. I will be back.
