Checked in online for a 25 min wait. Waited in person for an hour. Asked if it would be an hour for an employee to tell me after an hour others were going home and they now have a 70 min wait even though the same people waiting (6) checked in over an hour prior. In 60 mins 3 employees completed one haircut each. They should be honest with wait times when asked.
